Joy is an indigene of Ogbaru Local Government area of Anambra State and a biochemistry graduate of Cross River University of Technology, Calabar.
Her modeling career started as far back in 2010 with Unique Strategy on one of their show tagged "Let's do it 2010".
After her national service, Joy relocated to Lagos to continue her modeling career of which currently she is on a contract with Posh Model Academy, Lagos.
Early this year, Edem Joy represented Gombe State on a pageantry, Miss Green and White Nigeria 2015. She has as well done other modeling jobs for some Nigerian prominent and up coming brands like; Owambe clothing and others.
